I've always got thoughts rattling around my head and I'm an introvert by nature so I thought it'd be interesting to see how these thoughts play out in 'writing'. It will likely be jibberish, but there may be a spot of brilliant jibberish

mommy, where's my ice cream?
I'm writing this because it outrages me and almost everyone, but it continues to happen. Mothers who leave their babies in cars in 30+ degree heat. Be forewarned, I take a pretty hardline on things like this. I believe in prosecuting to the fullest as well as the same sort of torture. I understand being a parent is one of the hardest jobs and mistakes will happen. BUT! If you have a brain in your head, you know that being locked in a sweltering car is not only cruel and neglectful, but dangerous. Mothers do not just 'forgets' about their babies. There is an instinct to protect. Walking away from a car with your baby in the backseat so you can run into a store or in the most infuriating case in my city recently, so you can get yourself a FRICKIN' ICE CREAM is flat out neglect. My particular idea of punishment is to wrap this mother in a wool turtleneck and fleece pyjama bottoms and tie her into a snug seatbelt with the same heat conditions and see how fast before heatstroke sets in. Call me a hardass, but you're the mother and supposedly the protector-step up.
